The conditions your booking runs on.
What you are booking
A vehicle class and a driver for a stated journey, at a stated fare. We confirm the class — sedan, Ertiga, Innova, Crysta or tempo traveller — not a specific registration number, and we never claim otherwise.
What the fare covers
The vehicle, the driver, fuel and the driver's allowance for the distance and duration stated on your quote. Tolls, parking and state tax are billed at what we actually pay, with receipts.
Distance and how it is measured
Outstation distance is counted garage to garage. Local packages run 8 hours and 80 km from your pickup point, with extra hours and kilometres charged at the published per-vehicle rate.
Payment
Payment is taken at the end of the trip, in cash or by UPI, unless we agree otherwise in writing. Online payment is not part of this phase of the site.
Luggage and passengers
Seats and luggage capacity are published for each vehicle. We cannot carry more passengers than the vehicle is licensed for, and a driver may decline an overloaded vehicle.
Things outside our control
Weather, road closures, political disruption and traffic can delay a journey. We will keep you informed and will not charge you extra for a delay that is nobody's fault.
Conduct
Smoking and alcohol are not permitted in our vehicles. A driver may end a journey where behaviour puts him or other road users at risk.
Complaints
Message or call us on the number on this site. A person reads it. If something went wrong we would rather hear it from you than read it on Google.
