Driver night allowance

Paid to the driver when the journey runs through the night. Charged once per night, not per hour.
Applies when: Any driving between 9:00 pm and 6:00 am
Minimum daily running (outstation)
250 km per day
On a multi-day outstation trip each day is billed at the minimum distance even if you travel less. A three-day trip covering 400 km is billed at the minimum for three days.
Applies when: Outstation trips of more than one day
Local package allowance
8 hours / 80 km
The local sightseeing package covers 8 hours and 80 km from pickup. Beyond that, extra hours and extra kilometres are charged at the published per-unit rate.
Applies when: Local and city sightseeing packages
Extra kilometre, local package
Per vehicle — see the fare card
Charged only on distance driven past the 80 km included in the package. The exact rate for each vehicle is on the fare card.
Applies when: Local packages running past 80 km
Extra hour, local package

Charged only on time past the 8 hours included in the package. The exact rate for each vehicle is on the fare card.

Hill fort surcharge

The climbs to Nahargarh and Jaigarh are hard on a vehicle and slow. This is charged once, per fort, when the itinerary includes one.
Applies when: Itineraries including Nahargarh or Jaigarh fort

Dead mileage, with the arithmetic
Outstation kilometres are counted from our garage and back to it, not from your door. Every operator in this market bills that way. Most do not mention it until the end of the trip, which is why a quoted fare and a final bill so often disagree.
Example: our garage is 12 km from your pickup point. Your trip covers 280 km. You are billed for 304 km, and that figure appears as its own line on the quote — not as a surprise at the end.
When you build an estimate on this site, the garage-to-garage distance is already in the number you see. There is nothing further to add.

We publish exact fares, not ranges. The number you read on this site is the number we charge. The only things billed at actuals are tolls, parking and state tax, and we show you our estimate for those too.
