Who is driving, what they are expected to do, and what to do if something is wrong.
Who drives
Every driver holds a valid commercial licence and knows the routes we publish. Our fleet is supplemented by vehicles from operators we work with on busy dates; those drivers are held to the same standard and the fare does not change.
Licence and permit checks
We check commercial licence validity and vehicle permit and fitness papers before a vehicle goes out on an outstation trip. Our interstate routes run on an All India Tourist Permit.
Hours behind the wheel
Long routes such as Jaisalmer and Haridwar are planned with halts built in. We will tell you when a schedule is unrealistic rather than agree to it and drive tired — the Agra same-day tour is at the edge of what we consider reasonable and we say so on its page.
What to expect from a driver
Arrival at the agreed time and place, a working air conditioner, and a straight answer about the route. Our drivers are not licensed guides and will not pretend to be.
If something is wrong
Call the number on this site. Not a form, not a ticket system — the same number that answers when you book. If the vehicle is not what you were quoted, tell us while the trip is happening and we will fix it or adjust the fare.
Women travelling alone
Tell us when you book and we will share the driver's name and vehicle number ahead of pickup so you can pass it to someone. We would rather be asked than assume.
