About five hours for 265 km. Landing between 8:00 am and 11:00 am or after 8:00 pm gives you the clearest run; an afternoon landing can add an hour through Gurugram.
- Which terminal does the driver meet me at — T1, T2 or T3?
Whichever you land at. Give us the flight number when you book and the driver meets you in the arrivals hall at that terminal with a name board. T3 handles most international arrivals; T1 and T2 are domestic.
- Are airport parking and the waiting charge included in the fare?
Parking is billed at actuals and is inside our ₹650 estimate above along with tolls and state tax. Normal waiting is not charged at all — the driver arrives before your scheduled landing and waits for you to clear immigration and baggage.
- How long will the driver wait if my flight is delayed?
We track the flight number you give us and adjust the pickup, so a delay of an hour or three costs you nothing and needs no phone call. For very long delays we will contact you on WhatsApp to agree what to do rather than deciding for you.
- What happens if my flight lands after midnight?
Nothing changes except the night allowance: ₹300, charged once, for driving between 9:00 pm and 6:00 am. We run 24 hours and a 2:00 am pickup is routine. You will see the allowance on your quote before you book, not on the bill after.
